Motorola Announces Droid 4: Looks Like A RAZR With A Keyboard

Motorola’s Droid 4 is the 4th generation in Motorola’s Droid Series. The Droid 4 is a 0.5-inch thick, 4-inch qHD display smartphone running Google’s Android 2.3 Gingerbread.

The Droid 4′s form resembles that of the Droid Razr with a QWERTY Keyboard. The smartphone is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. It includes a rear camera of 8Megapixel and will be able to access Verizon’s LTE services.

Verizon says the phone will be launched in the next few weeks and will eventually be updated to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
