Asus has finally introduced its new tablet, which is a variant of its Eee Pad Transformer Prime tablet – the Transformer Prime TF700T at the ongoing CES. The tablet is super heavy when it comes to specs. It’s equipped with a 1.3GHz quad-core Tegra 3 Soc processor, a 1920 x 1200 resolution made of the SuperIPS+ and internal storage of either 32GB or 64GB. Other specs which were upgraded in this tablet include a 2MP front facing camera from 1.2MP, an alteration in the back design cover to improve the performance of the GPS, WiFi and Bluetooth.
The Tablet will ship with Android 4.0.1 and should cost between $599 and $699. The Transformer Prime TF700T is expected to hit shelves in North America by the second quarter in 2012.
