Acer Introduces The Acer Iconia Tab A700

Acer has finally unveiled the Acer Iconia Tab A700 at CES 2012. The device sports a 1.3GHz quad-core Tegra 3 processor, a 1920 x 1200 resolution display, although the amount of RAM was not stated, it will run on Ice Cream Sandwich or Android 4.0. Sony has added yet another product to its Xperia line,the Xperia S was unveiled at the ongoing Consumer Electronics Show (CES) taking place in Las Vegas. The Android 2.3 device features a large 1280 x 720 4.3-inch display, a 1.5GHz CPU, 1GB of RAM and comes in both 16 and 32GB versions. RIM Offers Free 16GB Playbook To Enterprise Customers

Yesterday RIM announced via its blog that it will be offering its 16GB Blackberry Playbook tablet to enterprise customers for free. The offer which runs from now till the 31st of December 2011 is for businesses that upgrade to RIM’s Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) v. 5.0 and provides up to 400 USD off installation services through selected partners along with a list of new server features.
