Sony has added yet another product to its Xperia line,the Xperia S was unveiled at the ongoing Consumer Electronics Show (CES) taking place in Las Vegas. The Android 2.3 device features a large 1280 x 720 4.3-inch display, a 1.5GHz CPU, 1GB of RAM and comes in both 16 and 32GB versions. It has a 12 MP rear facing camera and a 1.3 MP front facing for video chat,the device is expected to ship in Q1 of this year and will be upgraded to Android 4.0 in the second quarter.
