Pictures of a Sony Ericsson device codenamed LT26i have leaked to iAndroid. The image shows the device has a 4.3inch display like HTC’s Rezound with a 1280 x 720 resolution and a pixel density of 340dpi.  The person in possession of this device says it runs a 1.5GHz dual-core processor and the image shows 691 MB of RAM. It runs on Android 2.3 and the device has thin buttons so it should be Ice Cream Sandwich ready. It’s also the successor to the Xperia Arc and Sony has announced that it’ll upgrade all 2011 Xperia phones to Android 4.0.

Though we can’t see what the camera specs are, we know it’s got a front-facing camera and a rear-facing camera with flash. There’s no definite release date for the Nozomi and it could be delayed until January 2012 at the next CES. That gives Sony enough time to squeeze Ice Cream Sandwich into the device.
