After an entire year of Clamor for an official Facebook app for iPad, Facebook eventually launched an iPad App and a new version of its iPhone App and m.facebook.com. Below are screenshots of the app as well as the functions.
Navigation
Navigation is a breeze with a sidebar containing Apps, Groups and Lists. Messages and Notifications stay at the top bar of every screen.
Photos
Like changes to Facebook.com itself, Photos are bigger and the app allows users swipe through photos like it’s a real album
Chat and Games
You can chat with friends like you do on a computer browser or play games and use apps in full-screen mode.
