Etisalat Reduces Price Of Gaga Smartphone

In October last year, Etisalat launched their Gaga smartphone, an affordable 3G Android 2.2 smartphone with features such as a 3.2 megapixel including WiFi and Bluetooth services as well as FM radio and GPS navigation.

With all that, customers are guaranteed 20k/sec calls to all networks, four months free data and no access fees. The smartphone, initially priced at ₦19,000, has now been reduced to ₦14,000.

The phone is targeted at “undergraduates, young professionals and other data consuming individuals with high 3G expectations” and lets users view and edit Word documents and Excel spreadsheets on-the-go.
