Etisalat Nigeria recently introduced affordable BlackBerry plans namely, BlackBerry Complete and BlackBerry Social. They both come as a relief from the regular BlackBerry Internet Service, usually ₦3,000.
BlackBerry Complete offers users the following features: web browsing, one “web-based” email account, access to social networks (Facebook and Twitter), Instant Messaging on Yahoo! Messenger, Windows Live Messenger, Google Talk and of course, BlackBerry Messenger (BBM). Users also have access to BlackBerry App World and the ability to set up BlackBerry email with a [email protected] address. BlackBerry Complete goes for ₦1,500 per month. You can activate it by sending COM to 399.
BlackBerry Social on the other hand is as the name implies. Other than web browsing, it provides access to Facebook, Twitter and Flickr, BBM, BlackBerry App World and an Etisalat BlackBerry email address as well. This plan is available for ₦1,300 per month and can be activated by sending SOM to 399.
