Fujitsu’s ARROWS μ F-07D Is Waterproof, Runs Android And Is 6.7mm Thin

Fujitsu’s Japan arm has announced the ARROWS μ F-07D – an Android 2.3 phone with a 4-inch OLED 480×800 resolution screen protected by Gorilla Glass. The phone itself is waterproof like Fujitsu’s Windows Phone and is6.7mm thick, thinner than Apple’s iPhone 4.

It’s powered by a 1.4 GHz Snapdragon Processor, 1GB ROM and 512MB of RAM. The device has a rear-facing 5 megapixel camera, NFC support, a digital TV tuner and a microSDHC slot for extra storage. Connection options include Wi-Fi(supporting tethering of up to 8 devices) and Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR.

The ARROWS μ F-07D will come to Japan’s NTT Docomo this friday. There’s no known date for a world release, if any. We’ll keep you posted as more release details emerge.
