Barnes and Noble Nook Tablet Specs Leak

Specifications of the next Barnes and Noble’s Nook Tablet have leaked to SlashGear before the official unveiling on Monday 7th of November. Nook Tablet is similar to the Nook Color in appearance but will be .02 inches thinner and 0.9 ounces lighter. It’ll run on a 1.2GHz dual-core Texas Instrument OMAP 4 Processor, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, excluding additional storage via a microSD slot. Battery life will last for 4 hours during video playback with Wi-Fi on and eight hours with Wi-Fi off.
The Nook Tablet’s pricing will take a hit at Amazon’s Kindle Fire and will debut at $250 while the Nook Color’s price will drop to $200. It’ll also be running on Android and will allow a wide variety of media files. We’ll update you with full details when it launches on Monday.
