RIM Co-CEO Mike Lazaridis Apologises For BlackBerry Outage [VIDEO]
After 3 days of widespread BlackBerry Internet Service outage, RIM’s servers began working early this morning and its internet service rolled out to users slowly. In this video, RIM Founder and Co-CEO Mike Lazaridis apologises to BlackBerry users and says there isn’t a definite time for a worldwide fix. This means BlackBerry users who are still experiencing problems will eventually stop experiencing such problems but at what particular time; he can’t say. He says RIM is approaching normal BlackBerry service levels in Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa.
