Pledge 51 Releases Nigerian Constitution App 2.0: On BlackBerry, Android and Nokia Phones


After the Nigerian Constitution App hit over 80,000 downloads on BlackBerry App World, Pledge51, the company behind the popular app has gone forward to make the app available to more users with a few new features.

Supported by Co-Creation Hub Nigeria and Indigo Trust, the Nigerian Constitution App 2.0 is available for Android, BlackBerry and Nokia phones.

The new features in version 2.0 are a constitution forum where users can discuss issues regarding the Nigerian constitution, ability to search the constitution and also an ability to share with your friends via Facebook. Just in case you need a lawyer, the Nigerian Constitution App now has a legal directory containing a list of lawyers.

Within the first two weeks of its launch, the app has seen over 23,000 downloads on the Nokia Ovi Store and 30,000 downloads across platforms.
