Qriket is a mobile game launched in November last year that rewards its players in cash prizes for scanning QR Codes. Any QR Code! For QR Code creators and advertisers, Qriket is a great way to get your target audience to scan a QR Code that might be ignored. The fact that Qriket rewards its players with cash is also cool. Cash definitely beats badges and ranks.

Qriket’s Johny Comparelli says “The cash prizes give people an incentive to scan QR Codes”. Qriket has also raised over $650,000 from private investors. Another cool feature Qriket has is the ability to scan QR codes where there is no internet service.

The app is currently available on iOS and Android
