Google Reader Gets New Design With Forced Google+ Sharing

Google has announced that it has begun rolling out a new design for Google Reader. It now looks like the new Gmail and the general design Google has been implementing on its products. Google is also replacing ‘Like’ with the +1 button, forcing you to share stuff on your Google+ profile instead of your other Google profile. Here’s what Google Reader now looks like:

 

Google is obviously trying to push people to use Google+. Apart from clicking the +1 button on a feed content, It’ll also allow you share the post to your Google+ friends. Here’s what the +1 box looks like:

As always, Google Reader users have begun complaining about how they don’t like the new design and sharing option. I love it anyways, do you like it? Leave us a comment
