Google has released a new set of stats showing the percentage each Android version takes amongst Android devices. The stats show that the latest upgrades to Gingerbread, Android 2.3.3 to 2.3.7 take up 58% of Android devices. Froyo[Android 2.2] stands at 27.8% while Ice Cream Sandwich[4.0] variants take up 1%. Toshiba announced an Android 3.0 Honeycomb Tablet – the Excite AT200 at CES. The Tablet has a 10.1-inch, 1280 x 800 resolution display and is super thin at 7.7mm. It’s powered by a 1.2 GHZ dual-core Texas Instruments CPU and 1GB of RAM. Storage will be available in variants of 16GB, 32GB and 64GB.
