Windows Phone 8X By HTC [SPECS + PHOTOS]

Windows Phone 8X is the latest Windows Phone from HTC. The phone runs Microsoft’s latest iteration of Windows Phone – Windows Phone 8 just like Samsung’s Ativ S and Nokia’s Lumia 920.

The 8X sports a 4.3-inch LCD 2 touch screen with an HD resolution of 720p protected by Gorilla Glass 2. On its insides, it’s powered by a 1.5 GHz Dual+core CPU, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.

Windows Phone 8X by HTC does have a similar design to Nokia’s Lumia range in terms of colors and form. Then again, almost all Windows Phones look the same.

The Windows Phone 8X features an 8MP rear-facing camera with an F2.0 aperture and a 28mm lens, supported by an LED flash and a BSI sensor for low-light situations. The camera can record videos at 1080p HD.

The 8X’s 8MP rear-facing camera is supported by a 2.1MP, ultra wide-angle front-facing camera, with an aperture of F2.0 and can record videos at 1080p.

For studio-quality sound, the 8X has Beats Audio built in for bigger sound and has superior fidelity with an exclusive built-in amp.

Connectivity options on the Windows Phone 8X by HTC include NFC, WiFi and Bluetooth 3.1. The 8X can connect to GSM networks at up to HSPA speeds.

The 8X’s battery stands at 1080 mAh.
