Vodacom Launches Dedicated Hosting Solution For Nigeria

Vodacom Nigeria has introduced dedicated hosting solutions for Nigerian businesses. The service is targeted at reducing challenges faced by businesses in finding hosting solutions. Vodacom’s solution helps eliminate the need for companies to have a server room while increasing website performance and better uptime.

Vodacom will provide users with server space in a secure hosting facility with guarantees on generator and UPS back-ups and temperature control. The service also allows customers retain full ownership of hardware and software installed with full management of dedicated servers.

To make this effective, the company has provided two Data centres in Abuja and Lagos. There’s also a 24-hour engineering support through Vodacom’s Customer Service Operation Centre. Vodacom’s customers can get Physical Space with up to 42 units of 4cm rack space available per rack as well as fixed Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) and MPLS WANs into the Data Centres.
