The first of the Creative Enterprise Sessions, an event organized by the Creative Entrepreneurs Association of Nigeria in conjunction with the British Council, Nigeria is taking place on Wednesday.

The event aims to be a monthly meetup for “creative entrepreneurs” designed to help them “build skills, expand networks and find markets.”  In summary, it’s a free networking event for entrepreneurs.

Speakers at the event are DELL Country Manager Nigeria/Ghana, Chuks Udensi talking about online and mobile content opportunities in Nigeria and Chief Wale Adenuga of Wale Adenuga Productions talking about how to make money on television.

It takes place at the British Council Conference Room, 20 Thompson Drive, Ikoyi from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Faridah D. Seriki

Faridah Seriki has been interested in technology since she got her hands on a desktop when she was 8. She founded Technesstivity after releasing a successful blog she made for class combining her passion for both journalism and technology. Faridah graduated from Vivian Fowler in 2009 and now lives in New York where she is a Broadcast Journalism major with a minor in Global Studies at Hofstra University.
