Co-Creation Hub’s January Developers Parapo Is Themed “Google And The Nigerian Techie In 2012″

Developers Parapo is a Co-Creation Hub event where developers and tech enthusiasts share knowledge and discuss issues to grow viable businesses. Every month, the hub brings tech industry experts to share insights on Apps, Websites and Products that can help grow Nigeria’s application development ecosystem. I’ve been to about 3 of the #DevParapos and they’ve been great. Like insanely great.

The January Developers Parapo is themed “Google and The Nigerian Techie in 2012″. Google’s Outreach Program Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa Emeka Afigbo will be speaking to us on how to use Google’s range of tools to solve problems and also create viable businesses. The following Topics will be highlighted at the event:

*Google tools and APIs
*Youtube in Nigeria and opportunities in New media
*Entrepreneurial Opportunities in Nigeria with Small and Medium scale businesses using Google tools
*The Google Technology User Group
*What to expect in 2012

January Developers Parapo will be at 530 PM on the 27th of January, 2012 at Co-Creation Hub, 294 Herbert Macaulay Way, Sabo, Yaba. To register for the event head to http://jandevparapo-eorg.eventbrite.com/ If you can’t attend the event, follow @Technesstivity and the hashtag #devparapo. We’ll be tweeting live from the event.
