Google Doodles Largest Snowflake Anniversary

Today 125 years ago, the largest snowflake ever recorded was found in Fort Keogh, Montana, USA. The snowflake had a diameter of 38cm which is about 15 inches.

Google has put up a doodle which shows a huge snowflake fall, then the cow looks up. That’s pretty much all it is, but at least now you know; that there was a huge snowflake, and Google honored it.

Have you ever seen a snowflake as big? Let us know in the comments
