Last week, we saw the leak of a possible HTC Tegra – a 1.5GHz quad-core CPU running device. An image and specs of a possible HTC device codenamed ‘Zeta’ has leaked to Engadget. The device is a 2.5GHz quad-core APQ8064 CPU device, with 1GB of RAM support on a 4.5-inch 720p HD display. The source says the smartphone will come with Ice Cream Sandwich pre-installed and HTC’s Sense UI (the version of Sense UI wasn’t specified).

The Zeta will have 32GB of internal storage space, an 1830mAh battery, an 8MP rear camera with dual LED flash and 1080p video capture, a 1.3MP front-facing camera, Bluetooth 4.0 and Beats Audio.

It has a different form factor from HTC phones we’ve seen this year and is said to measure 109.8 x 60.9 x 9.88mm and weigh 146grams. Availability and pricing remain unknown. We’ll update you as we get more information.
