Facebook Adds Subscribe Button To User Profiles

On Wednesday, Facebook introduced a ‘Subscribe’ button to user profiles. With this, you can subscribe to another user’s public updates if you aren’t friends with them. Note: Public updates. The subscribe button also lets you choose what you see from people in News Feed.
The button lets you also subscribe to your friends’ updates and select between All updates, most updates and important updates so there’s less clutter on your News Feed.
You can also let people subscribe to your public updates by clicking Allow Subscribers on the Facebook’s Subscription Page
Facebookers, what do you think about this new feature? Does this give Twitter a run for its money? Considering the fact that you can see people’s updates without them seeing yours? Leave us a comment.
