Twitter Now Testing Facebook-like Wall [PIC]

Twitter has begun testing a Facebook-like message wall on profile pages, allowing users to send replies or mentions to specific users directly from their Twitter profile pages. Twitter spokesperson, Carolyn Penner said it was designed to “make it easier for users to engage with each other” on the site.
This fixes a problem with new users. With this feature, it’ll no longer be difficult to figure out how to interact with other people on Twitter.
Over the last few months, we’ve seen what we now call “The facebookification of twitter”. It started with the ability to view photos and watch videos on the site, the launch of a photosharing tool and now a ‘Wall’.
What do you think about this? Does it make Twitter easier to use or does it just remind you of Facebook?
