Adobe Releases PDF Reader For iOS Devices

Adobe Systems Incorporated just launched a new version of its ubiquitous PDF Reader for iOS devices which includes the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. It’s available for free on the Apple app store.

The Reader boasts of features such as:

1. Quick opening of PDF files from email, the web or any other application that supports “Open In”

2. Highly intuitive user interface design

3. Search feature

4. Bookmarking your PDF files for later referencing

5. Easy zooming capabilities

6. Quick navigation using thumbnails

7. Select and copy text from a PDF file to the clipboard

8. Print wirelessly with AirPrint

All these together with many other features are available in the new reader. So if you use an iOS device, you can head straight to the app store and download yours.

Anuj Gupta, Product Manager, Adobe Systems also said in a blog post that they also released Adobe Reader 10.1 for Android, offering many of the same great features for fast, high-quality interaction with PDF files on your Android smartphones and tablets.
