Chris Brown and Odd Future Squash Twitter Beef
Many of you will have heard a thing about to about the ill will that has been growing between Odd Future and Chris Brown. For those of you that don’t, it all started when Chris Brown was said to have tweeted a subliminal diss aimed at Tyler The Creator.
Both entertainers exchanged many harsh words after this incident, with another Odd Future member, Hodgy Beats, joining in to mock Breezy.
Chris Brown later added fuel to the fire when another of his tweets that was a “compliment” to Frank Ocean was taken the wrong way. Breezy tweeted: “I f*** wit Frank Ocean! Reminds me of a young James Fauntleroy or Kevin Cossum” and Frank replied: “I f***s with Chris Brown, reminds me of a young Sisqo or Ike Turner”, followed by, “I just dont like underhanded comments. thats all im saying.”
This beef elevated to the next level when a video was released of Frank Ocean being chased down in his BMW by an aggravated section of “Team Breezy” while he was driving through the streets of Los Angeles…
If Biggie and Pac have taught us anything, it’s how to spot beef that’s gone out of control. Tyler The Creator and Chris Brown acknowledged the potential gravity of the situation and are ready to put an end to the dispute. “This Shit Isn’t Gonna Stop Till Someone Gets F***ing Killed. I Feel Like Its Gonna Be One Of My Ni**as Just Skating Down The Street,” wrote Tyler, the Creator. “Send 7 Dudes With A Camera To Make Frankie Look Like A Bitch, Like, Really?” he added. “And Its Not [Chris] That’s Doing It, Its The People Around Him. They Like ‘You Gonna Let Him Say That? Fuck That Ni**a’. This Shit Has Gotten Outta Hand. Real Shit.”
Chris Brown concurred with the Odd Future leader, tweeting,“This beef shit is stupid, @frank_ocean I respect ya music and you and Odd Future! Ain’t beefing wit nobody. Y’all can have that! Love.”
Frank Ocean, more than frustrated over the situation, has decided to take a break from his cyber life. “alrite. this has to end. freeze on social networks for a minute. freeze on the internet. freeze on the matrix. real world time. brb,” he wrote.
Former G-Unit rapper, Game, who tried to intervene, hailed the truce, tweeting, “Just got off the phone with my lil brother @chrisbrown & then @fucktyler. GET MONEY !!!”
