CNN Ranks Jobberman and DealDey Among Africa’s Top 10 Startups
CNN recently released a list of its top 10 African tech startups the world needs to know, and Nigeria’s DealDey and Jobberman made the cut. The list, in no particular order, shows startups with products that can “compete on the international stage.”
Jobberman is Nigeria’s biggest and most popular job site with over 800,000 users, and DealDey is a site that offers deals and discounts on products and services that range from salon visits to movie tickets.
“We are thrilled to see that Africa is being recognised as a home for Tech Startups, much more that we are a part of it. Building the largest list of job vacancies in Nigeria is what we’ve committed to do, and its great to be singled out for what we are building,”
- Jobberman CEO, Ayodeji Adewunmi.
Other startups on the list include BrainShare, Kivuko, Paperight, Mpayer, MoDe and mPawa.
