BBM 7 With BBM Voice Now Available For Download
RIM has released a stable version of BlackBerry Broadcast Messenger 7. BBM 7′s biggest new feature is the ability to make voice calls to other BBM contacts via Wi-Fi.
A beta version of BBM 7 was earlier released in November with positive results from testers on BlackBerry Beta Zone. BBM 7 will however only work on BlackBerry phones running BlackBerry 0S 6.0 and higher.
Other new features include a split-screen feature so you can use other apps while you make a voice call over BBM, 16 new emoticons and a direct BBM update notification so you can easily upgrade your BBM. Another important feature is a BlackBerry ID synchronisation so your BBM profile, Groups and Contacts are linked to your BlackBerry ID for backup, restore and upgrade to BlackBerry 10.
