Konga.com has taken a cue from Amazon and introduced order Pick Up Points in three locations in Lagos. Pick Up Points let customers have their orders delivered to locations in V.I., Surulere and Ikeja with more locations coming soon. Once a package is delivered, customers will have a week to pick up their orders and you can similarly return them to the same location with Konga‘s 7-day return policy. The Pick Up Points are open to customers 7 days a week. This can also be helpful to those who aren’t so comfortable with having orders delivered to their houses.
They’ve added a twist to it to make it better; you can talk to the customer service rep at the location about an order whether you’ve placed one or not to help with your decision. Konga plans to let customers place orders under the supervision of sales representatives in the future. That way, customers who want better options or those without internet access can use Konga
The three pick up points they have at the moment are:
Victoria Island Pick-Up Point: 12 Idowu Taylor Street, Victoria Island
Surulere Pick-Up Point: 80 Bode Thomas Street, Surulere
Ikeja Pick-Up Point: 24 Isaac John Street, GRA Ikeja
