Toshiba announced an Android 3.0 Honeycomb Tablet – the Excite AT200 at CES. The Tablet has a 10.1-inch, 1280 x 800 resolution display and is super thin at 7.7mm. It’s powered by a 1.2 GHZ dual-core Texas Instruments CPU and 1GB of RAM. Storage will be available in variants of 16GB, 32GB and 64GB.

The Excite At200 also features a 5 megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, a 2 megapixel front-facing camera, a microSD card for extra storage, a micro-USB port and an HDMI port for streaming to large screens. Toshiba promises between 8 and 10 hours of battery life.

An official release date and price hasn’t been announced yet but this should be released before the end of this year.
